NOTE: The seasonality of the International Wolf Center means orders may not be processed immediately. Please plan 1-3 days minimum for processing.
- Shipping times & rates are based on USPS fees and staff time to package orders.
- Shipping times vary from 1 to 7 days for USPS. If you have a time-sensitive order, please contact us at jaxon@wolf.org prior to submitting your order to inquire on fastest times available. This may change seasonally.
- All orders of physical product are insured for the retail value of the contents.
Returns & Exchanges
RETURN POLICY
RETURNS & EXCHANGES. Or items purchased online, returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at jaxon@wolf.org to obtain a return authorization. Be sure to include the item’s order number and your reason for the return or exchange. Returns or exchanges that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once we receive your return or exchange.
RETURN SHIPPING. Return authorization for items shipped in error, or items being returned/exchanged because they are defective or damaged, will include a pre-paid shipping label. Return shipping on items that are being returned/exchanged for other reasons will be paid for by the customer.
ELIGIBLE ITEMS. Last Chance items and Gift Cards are not eligible for return/exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange, at management’s discretion, if the item being returned/exchanged does not meet the criteria set forth within this policy.
CONDITION OF ITEMS. Except for items that arrive damaged, items must be in new, unused, and saleable condition with all original packaging intact and tags attached.
FORM OF PAYMENT. Refunds, if issued, will be issued in the original form of payment unless otherwise stated. If the original form of payment is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
