This book provides an excellent overview of the red wolf program with useful information and pictures.  The author guides the reader through the process of red wolf recovery.  This includes pictures of biologists doing field work, explaining the use of leg hold traps, enclosure requirements and the challenges that face red wolf recovery in NC.  A good book for late elementary school.
