To promote the What's for Dinner program and get the word out, we created a fun panoramic magnet for your fridge, file cabinet, locker or what have you.  Shown on the left is Lakota and on the right Grizzer.  The cartoon in the center was drawn by Ely artist Shaun Chosa.  Magnet measures 2"H x 8"L.  The cartoon design is also on a t-shirt!  If you're not familiar with the program it takes place on Saturday evenings and includes a brief lecture on how wolves hunt and then you're able to watch the Ambassador pack get fed.  There is so much to learn about wolves...

On the back of the card is the Center's mission statement, website, name of the ambassador wolf and photo credit. These art cards are almost too precious to give away! Card measures 4.25"W x 6.25"H. An image of Denali resting on the greeting rock... Although you can't tell it in this size photo, there is a fly resting on the very tip of his nose, but he doesn't seem to mind. A fun lighthearted lime green border sets off the design.

Shown is arctic wolf, Shadow, investigating around the pond in early winter. He served as an excellent pack leader for 10+ years and now is in the retirement pack. He still seems to be the one who starts the one howl that gets the exhibit pack going.
